My long term goal is to write a recipe book with some of my family dishes from south of Italy and a few I’ve experimented myself throughout the years. I enjoy discovering and play with new ingredients to create new flavors and captivating images. And always “grams over ounces”!

I get very excited with each seasons and for what they bring. I love to eat seasonal produce and go to farmers market or local organic stores to get the pretties and freshest ingredients. That’s where my mind gets wild and creative!
