Summer Solstice Sour

A vibrant and perfectly sweet and sour summer cocktail.

Ingredients:

2 oz gin

1 oz homemade strawberry simple syrup

1/2 oz lime juice

1 egg white

Shake everything with ice and strain

in a coupe or martini glass
