Ingredients:

1 cara cara orange

1 key lime

1 mandarin

1 grapefruit

1 blood orange

1 small fennel shaved

1 fresh mission fig (optional)

honey comb and honey to drizzle on citrus

red panda sorrel micro greens for garnish (optional)

With a very sharp knife cut the top and bottom of each citrus and then cut around, leaving the fruit with no white parts. Cut them into either rings or as segments to your preference. For extra texture and flavor I added some fresh shaved fennel. some fresh mission figs and decorated the place with some red panda sorrel microgreens. Drizzle the place with some good quality honey and to make it even more elevated a cube of honey comb to enhance the visual experience.
